Reservations

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Avila Village Inn adheres to a 72-hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you must cancel your stay with us, please call before 4:00 p.m. three days prior to your arrival. You will be issued a cancellation number and incur no charges. The charge for a reservation canceled beyond 72 hours is the first night's room, taxes, and fees.

What time is Check-In?

Check-in starts at 4 p.m., however, early check-in can be requested, but not guaranteed. Please call the day of your arrival so we may see if early check-in is available.

What time is Check-Out?

Check-out time is 12 p.m. A late check-out request is based on availability, and late check-out fees apply. Contact Guest Services directly to request a late check-out.

Is Avila Village Inn pet friendly?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets here at the Avila Village Inn and we can only accommodate service animals at this time. We can recommend great pet accommodations in the area like Thousand Hills Pet Resort

Yes, the majority of our rooms at Avila Village Inn are equipped with an outdoor patio or balcony.

Does Avila Village Inn offer breakfast?

Avila Village Inn does not offer breakfast. However, there are many breakfast options available nearby. Woodstone Market Place is a stones throw away.

Do any of your rooms offer two beds?

No, unfortunately all of our rooms have luxurious California King beds.
